GET IN . . . Oldham's Nicola White (number 28) celebrates after scoring against India in Rio
OLDHAM'S Nicola White scored as Great Britain's women made it two wins out of two in the hockey with a convincing 3-0 victory over India.
A largely uninspiring first half finally came to life in the 25th minute when Giselle Ansley fired into the bottom corner from a penalty corner and two minutes later Sophie Bray drove to the byline to set up Alex Danson for a shot which was parried to White to flick home from close range.
The match was effectively over as a contest just three minutes into the second half when Lily Owsley set up Danson for the third and India never threatened Britain's superiority.
