Shed break-ins

POLICE are warning residents to be on their guard after a number of attempted shed break-ins across Shaw recently.


BUDDING actors and actresses can join the youth theatre at Playhouse 2, Newton Street, Shaw, starting on Saturday, September 13, until November 1. Visit www.playhouse2.org for more information.

SHAW Post Office, Rochdale Road, reopens on Saturday, August 30, following modernisation and refurbishment work.


CHILL, chat and snack at Shaw Youth Centre, Bank House, Chapel Street, with a youth club every Thursday between 3 and 6pm.


SHAW Parish Church hosts a toddler group in the church hall, Church Street, every Monday and Wednesday from 9.30 to 11.30am for under-fives. No need to book, just pop along.
