Spring fair

A SPRING fair takes place at Mind and Body fitness studio on March 29, at noon. There will be a bouncy castle, face painting, food and craft stalls.
BURLESQUE classes take place on Tuesdays at Jason Steele School of Dance, Princess Road, between 7.30 and 8.30pm, costing £4.
POP into Crompton Library and chat with others about books, life or hear a guest speaker at Chat and Choose on Thursdays, between 9.30 and 11.30am.
BINGO and refreshments for the over-50s take place at Shaw Parish Council offices, Kershaw Street, every Wednesday, between 10am and noon.
POLICE are warning motorists to be on their guard when defrosting their vehicles. Thieves target vehicles left to heat up with the keys in the ignition and police are urging residents not to leave them unattended.
FRIENDS of Crompton Moor are looking for volunteers to help maintain the moor and the surrounding area. To get involved, call 07792- 156295.
POLICE surgeries are held at Crompton Library every Thursday, between 10am and noon.
