Santa’s on his travels

DIG deep for the annual fundraising Christmas Cash Collection for local charities by the Crompton and Royton Rotary Club.

Starting tomorrow club members will be touring the streets of Crompton and Royton accompanied by a Santa float and festive music.

They will be at Asda in Shaw on Saturday 10am-2pm and 4-6pm.


PICK up a present or two at the Crompton House School Christmas Fair on Saturday 11am to 2pm, featuring Santa’s Grotto, stalls, tombola and much more. Meet the cast of “Aladdin” from the Shaw Playhouse2. Rochdale Road, Shaw.


CROMPTON Library will be holding its visually impaired reading group on Monday from 1.45-3.15pm. All welcome and no need to book.


FEEL all festive with the help of Crompton House School brass band which will be performing in the Oldham Chronicle Festival of Carols next Thursday, at Oldham Parish Church, 7.30pm to 9pm.
