MAKE a date in your diary and join Dunwood Park Nordic Walkers for a 90-minute work-out on Valentine’s Day. Brian Ashworth, from the Lancashire Wildlife Trust, will take part as guest speaker. Free loan of Nordic walking poles, and free refreshments. Meet at the bowling pavilion in Dunwood Park for an 11am start. No need to book.
