Car is written off in blaze

FIREFIGHTERS were called to a car on fire in a derelict Oldham car park last night.
A silver Vauxhall Signum was fully aflame in the car park of Westwood Medical Centre when the crew from Chadderton arrived at about 8pm.
It took firefighters about 30 minutes to douse the flames and put out the fire in Winterbottom Street using a hose reel. The car was written off.
