POLICE Chief Supt Nick Adderley will be the guest speaker at the next Chadderton HomeWatch meeting at Chadderton Wellbeing Centre, Burnley Street, at 7.30pm on Tuesday. New members welcome.


FAMILIES can take part in the free Xplorer navigational challenge in Chadderton Hall Park, Chadderton Hall Road, from 1 to 3pm on Sunday, July 13. The event involves using a simple map of the park to track down points and write down the name of a secret animal or colour.


YEAR 9 pupils from Radclyffe School came third in the Oldham School Sports Rounders championship.

Guest speaker Dave Bibby will transport you to the Scottish highlands at the Thursday, July 10, meeting of Oldham Photographic Society. The focus of his talk at the Blue Club, Victoria Street, will be the Munroes — Scottish mountains over 3,000 ft. Get there for 7.15pm for a 7.30 start.
