PUPILS from North Chadderton School, Chadderton Hall Road, are competing at the Greater Manchester Young enterprise final at Manchester Metropolitan University today.


Its Diverge team — which sells mobile phone holders — is representing the borough along with personalised T-shirt company Initial, from Oldham Academy North.


FIND out more about time-lapse photography with guest speaker Stephen Lewis at tomorrow’s meeting of Oldham Photographic Society. It takes place at The Blue Club, Victoria Street, 7.15 for 7.30pm start.


CHILDREN can take part in free arts, crafts and games in Coalshaw Green Park, Coalshaw Green Road, from 5.30 to 7pm on Fridays. Under eights must be accompanied by an adult.


YEAR 10 pupils from The Radclyffe School visited Manchester Metropolitan University to take part in workshops and find out more about student life as part of the Aim Higher programme to encourage more young people to go to university.


OLDHAM Table Tennis club trains at Radclyffe Athletics Centre, Hunt Lane, from 7 to 9pm on Wednesdays and Friday. People of all ages and abilities are welcome.
