He says: The council carries on during these difficult economic times with the delusion that it is a successful business and we are their satisfied customers. This is not the case, we are their employers Ñ the council is there to serve us. We should take back our town from this self proclaimed "authority". The only authority it has is that which we as residents give them to run our town efficiently.
For too long it has been failing us. Many inefficiencies, many managers, many departments, one council tax bill.
