He says: Year after year we the electorate suffer the same ineffectual promises and now pledges from the main parties, mostly how terrible the other parties are. I say enough is enough. I will be speaking out for Failsworth first and foremost and I am the only candidate defending the Memorial Land on Broadway, gifted by the residents of Failsworth in honour of our 240 members of the armed forces who gave their lives in the Great War. To develop on this land is a desecration.
