Reflections magazine
We hope that Reflections will ease you through some difficult times. Coping with bereavement is undoubtedly one of the most stressful times in our lives. A time when decisions have to be made, thoughts are on the future and practical actions need to be taken. Death is not something we think too much about and we often find ourselves unprepared to deal with the consequences when someone we love passes on.
This guide contains some useful information including advice from respected bodies such as the National Federation of Funeral Directors, the National Federation of Memorial Masons and Cruse. There’s information on organising a funeral, giving a eulogy,
choosing a memorial, seeking bereavement counselling, considering floral tributes, the law, organising a reception, nonreligious funerals and making charitable donations. We hope you will find comfort, advice and useful information contained in this publication.
The Oldham edition of Reflections was published in April 2008 and the Tameside edition soon afterwards. Click on Reflections to view a digital version of the magazine.
