The Venue
Fresca Italian Restaurant is situated on ground floor level, at Gatehead Business Park, Delph New Road, Delph and can accommodate approximately 140 diners. Dining at Fresca is a sophisticated experience, but one that is also family friendly. The restaurant interior is of contemporary design, with an open plan kitchen adding to the lively and entertaining atmosphere. Executive Chef, Sean Carberry, joined the Fresca team in January 2010, bringing with him years of culinary and managerial experience. Fresca offers a wide choice of authentic Italian dishes, ranging from Pizzas, Pastas and Risottos, to main dishes such as Fillet Steak, Fish and Veal. Fresh produce is sourced from local suppliers ,where possible and delivered daily.
Special occasions such as Christenings, Wedding Anniversaries, Hen Parties and birthdays, both adults and children, can also be catered for, as well as events such as Wine Tastings, Dance Nights and Charity Events
