Compliance & Complaints Officer

My client is currently looking to appoint an enthusiastic and confident Compliance & Complaints Officer to join their busy and expanding team based in the heart of Rochdale

You will directly report to the Compliance Manager and assist in developing and managing the Compliance function as well as helping to manage escalated queries and complaints in all areas of the business

Daily duties & Responsibilities;

  • Assist with ensuring the Compliance function is in accordance with regulatory standards and requirements
  • Monitoring the company's Compliance Management framework including the new GDPR legislation
  • Assist with the preparation of internal Audits
  • Assist with the continuous quality monitoring of all areas through document checks and call monitoring
  • You will help with the resolution of escalated complaints and queries in line with company standards
  • To keep track of and provide detailed feedback of complaints for Operational meetings
  • Any other ad hoc duties as required within the team

You must have previous experience of managing and resolving customer complaints. Compliance experience would be an advantage but is not essential - full training would be given

Working hours Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, free on site parking is available
