Our Client is a World leader Manufacturer based in Rochdale, they are looking to recruit a Sales and Office Administrator to handle key administrative tasks that will provide support to the internal and external sales team and also provide key administrative development for the Operations function

Daily duties will include:

  • Order receipt and entry – by phone and email
  • Form relationships with Purchasing contact at key Clients
  • Pricing changes – upload amended price list
  • Management of Credit Note system – including entry of notes requested and raising of notes
  • Raw material data entry – acknowledge receipt of goods
  • Miscellaneous item ordering – Procurement of office and factory goods
  • Stock take data entry – Quarterly commitment to Stock take

The ideal Candidate will have a positive and enthusiastic attitude, be highly motivated and have a desire to succeed.

You will be a proven team player with the ability to work using your own initiative and have a confident and clear telephone manner with strong communication skills

Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage for this role
