Chambury play an important part in the online development and training of staff, ensuring each company they deal with receives an individual service, catering to meet each person’s training needs.

A fantastic opportunity to join this dynamic company based in Rochdale. Working in a friendly office environment with an excellent chance of progression. This is not a typical helpdesk or contact centre role. We value our customers and we deliver excellent customer service.

  • Answering the telephone and dealing with enquiries
  • Working with Moodle, full training will be given
  • Monitor our online help desk and make sure problems are resolved within the agreed response time
  • Telephone customers to discuss and work through problems
  • Maintaining records, filing systems and computer files
  • Working with the team to assist with client requests
  • Creating training materials and advice pages within the online help desk to help customers using the learning systems effectively
  • Assisting the Admin team as necessary
  • Data entry
