Financial Controller & Administrator for Sign Making Industry

We're looking for an experienced Financial Controller that is looking for a new challenge, preferably with previous experience within the manufacturing sector, ideal for someone with strong communication and administration skills as the role will include: - Inputting and processing of sales invoices and purchases - Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported including VAT and PAYE returns - Running Payroll & Nest Pension Submissions - Scheduling Supplier Payments - Monitoring of cashflow and liaising with our CID facility - Generating other reports for the business (such as month end MI reports) - General administrative duties to assist the business as required We currently use Sage Line 50 and Sage Payroll, however we have a strong desire to transition to something more modern such as Quickbooks Online so experience with one of the similar online packages (xero, sage cloud, quickbooks online) and a desire to help us modernise this would be a distinct advantage. We are a small but hard-working and committed team and we’d like to meet you.
