My client is currently looking to expand their busy Collections department by appointing an enthusiastic and confident candidate - ideally experienced in Collections, Credit Control or a telephone-based Customer Service role

Teamwork is key for my client - you will work towards team targets in order to achieve bonus

Daily duties will include;

  • Proactive collection of outstanding arrears, whilst identifying the reason for the arrears
  • Negotiate suitable repayment plans where possible if the customer cannot pay the full amount
  • Accurately process payments and allocate to the correct customer account
  • Produce monthly arrears report for the Manager to show the status of debt ledgers
  • Refer accounts to the Manager / Legal team where necessary
  • Complete and review income and expenditure details with customers when needed
  • Ad hoc duties as required by the team

You must always provide the highest levels of Customer Service - you are chasing your own customers so you must adhere to the 'Treating Customers Fairly' industry guidelines

My client offers fantastic modern and spacious offices, and onsite parking is available

Working hours Monday - Friday 10am - 6pm, you will also go on a rota to work one Saturday per month once you have successfully passed your probationary period
