With our Client we are looking to appoint a Service Desk Coordinator - this person will coordinate the IT Service requests from Internal and External Customers.

As the Service Desk Coordinator you will be required to have strong communication skills and be able to communicate with non IT literate Customers - this will require a degree of patience!!

As part of the role you will also better help external Customers in respect of queries they have in relation to the best use of their own IT systems - your external Customers will come from a range of Sectors including NHS / Service / Food and Retail.

These queries may relate to;

  • best use of Software
  • effective management of data such as Staffing Levels / Stock Levels / Customer Retention etc.
  • best use of Order Management Systems and Processes

This is a hands on and varied tole - the Service Desk Coordinator is a very mixed role.
