With our Client we are looking to appoint a HR Generalist to join our Clients business on a full time and permanent basis.

The role is for a HR professional who has a proven track of success within the HR arena and who is looking to make a career move into a fast based / growing business.

Reporting to the Head of HR and working as part of a small and professional HR team you will need to be able to demonstrate the following;

  • Employee relations – Disciplinary / Grievance / Absence Management / Performance etc.
  • HR Advice – provision of HR Advice across the Business / assist with the Development of Procedures / Compliance and Audit
  • Recruitment – including Job Adverts / Specifications and full Recruitment process
  • Training and Development – lead and coordinate Training across the Business
  • Ad hoc duties

We are looking to appoint a CIPD Level III – or a hands on Qualified by Experience. It will be ESSENTIAL that you have a minimum of 3 years hands on HR experience.

A current and solid understanding of Employment Law will also be essential.

As a character you will need to be able to plan and manage own workload.

Finally you will need a flexible approach – the role is offered Monday – Friday 8.30 am – 5.00 pm but within this as your will be working as part of the Senior Management team you will need a flexible and hands on approch.
