Customer Success Manager – Part time Position (3 days per week)
Location: UK Office Based / Home working option
Our client is an innovative and ambitious company who offer solutions for the UK and European Energy markets. The digitalised trading and optimisation Platforms to allow energy consumers and producers to trade their energy requirements, monitor and optimise their energy management via their various Smart trading Platforms. Their web-based software is user friendly, very innovative, and unique in the UK and European energy markets.
The primary goal of the customer success manager is to nurture strategic and long-lasting relationships with clients. The successful candidate will strive to possess an in-depth knowledge of the company and customers in order to identify the best opportunities for growth and service to the client.
You will work across the UK and Europe and work closely with all areas of the business to maintain quality and performance of relationships and products. You will be the first point of contact for clients, carry out administrative tasks and handle customer queries. You will work both collaboratively and independently to resolve problems and queries quickly and efficiently and manage customer expectations, whilst actively contributing to the company’s long-term ambitions. Building the post-sales relationships is a hands-on role with a longer-term perspective. You will be responsible for seeking growth and cross-selling opportunities within the existing customer portfolio.
Occasional travel required to Customers and Head Office in The Netherlands and Loughborough.
Main responsibilities include:
Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to company’s customers.
Composing yearly account plans.
Relationship management and customer service.
Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Translating customer requirements into business strategy.
Administration and account management responsibilities for all clients.
Provide updates and reports on client activities to the business and reporting to the COO.
Skills and Requirements:
Interest or experience in the energy sector and/or energy trading is highly beneficial.
Account Management Experience necessary
Empathetic and service oriented
Ability to work individually as well as part of a team and to deadlines.
Excellent communicator (verbal and written) who works well under pressure.
Strong organisational skills and a great attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple client bases.
Experience of writing internal functional documents and account plans.
£17,500 - £20,000 per annum, pension scheme, 15 days annual leave + public holidays
