Hours: 30 - 40 Per Week
Future Directions CIC are recruiting for passionate, adaptable and caring Personal Assistants/Support Workers to join a dedicated team in Milnrow, Rochdale.
The ideal candidate will be able to provide excellent support including personal care and help with day to day activities.
You will be accountable to the Director of Operations and report to your Team Manager/Team Leader.
To provide the full range of day to day support and care for individuals during the entire span of duty, enabling maximum opportunity for independence and development. Ensuring that individuals are valued as full citizens with rights and responsibilities and are consulted about their needs and be involved in plans that are being made to meet those needs, regardless of how complex their needs may be.
Support the managers of the service in working with Health and Social Services Departments, developing effective links with local agencies including other providers and voluntary sector organisations to ensure an integrated approach to service delivery, and the redesign of services as a consequence of the Government Legislation.

* All successful candidates will be required to complete a full induction which will take place in Chadderton, Oldham. To adhere to social distancing measures, the venue will be confirmed closer to your start date. At present, this is a two day induction and we require all successful applicants to attend both days. Future Directions CIC are adhering to strict Social Distancing regulations, therefore the interview may be carried out over zoom.
