Location: FAILSWORTH, M35
Hours: 20 Hrs p/wk with some flexibility eg. 4 days per week
Admin Support (Sales & Accounts) in a manufacturing company based in Failsworth.
You will provide the link between our Sales and Accounts Departments to undertake administrative duties.
Your list of duties will include, but not limited to, assisting with order processing, data entry, answering phones, filing, sales and purchase ledgers and credit control.
Experience in Sage Accounts is required and some Payroll knowledge along with excellent Microsoft Office skills.
Due to the nature of these duties, excellent English and Maths skills and a keen eye for details are important.
You will spend time with each team to understand their roles, responsibilities and tasks to help you get to know the business and understand the support that is required.
This position is office based with some flexibility eg. 4 day week and may have some overtime as the business requires.
