Location: Delph, Oldham
Hours: Monday to Friday, Full Time or Part Time
The role involves the efficient and accurate processing of orders, quotations and queries. You will also be required to deal with customer enquiries via telephone, email and live chat in a timely, courteous and professional manner. Ensuring that outstanding customer service is provided is a key aspect of the role. You’ll need to have administrative and/or customer service experience, be organised and efficient, a Team player and an excellent communicator. Ideally, you’ll be proficient in MS Office and have GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
Full training provided. Includes 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays, Company Pension scheme and on-site parking.
