Hours: 39 hours per week
We have an immediate requirement for a Lead Fulfilment Administrator for a central Rochdale based leading manufacturing company.
Working 39 hours per week: 7.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday (inclusive of a 30- minute unpaid lunch break) and 7.30am to 12.30pm Friday with an occasional overtime requirement.
Working as the Lead Fulfilment Administrator within the eCommerce operations team, you will provide effective management to the group to ensure that the physical despatch administration function is operating efficiently in order to meet customer demand. You will lead the team in day-to-day operations and provide first line support to staff.
Daily liaison with eCommerce sales office to plan the day’s work schedule
Overseeing distribution of daily picks to the team
Daily liaison with external service providers, typically carriers, couriers and other transport operations
Overseeing inventory replenishment routines and action accordingly, including both ‘on sale’ listed products and consumable materials e.g., packaging items, sealing tape etc.
Record and report daily order pick performance
Maintain internal physical and digital files, via SAP or otherwise
Key skills / Knowledge:
IT literate/ proven Microsoft Office experience
Organised and possesses high levels of attention to detail
Excellent communication, planning and problem-solving skills
eCommerce or web-based selling and order fulfilment operations
SAP or similar Quality Management processes
