HR Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Administrator to join a well-established and respected company within the Heywood area.

Working hours are:
Monday to Friday
9am to 5pm

Rate of Pay:
£11.00 per hour

Key Tasks

  • Support HR and to provide the necessary advice and clerical support to fulfil HR administrative tasks.
  • Monitor and report any concerns reporting to staff absence in relation to sickness & absence procedures
  • Ensure hiring Managers are informed of new starters, leavers and exit interviews
  • Vacancy advertisements and subsequent recruitment management to be processed accordingly
  • Ensure that DBS checks are carried out for all employees and you remain fully compliant with the Disclosure and Barring Service and Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults Group 2006.
  • Attend meetings, minute taking and preparation of required documents
  • Provide effective and efficient administrative support services and maintain accurate records and filing systems
  • Complete accurate reference requests for current and former employees
  • Support employees and managers with payroll queries and provide accurate information to payroll
  • Participate in appropriate training and development as required, be responsible in the identification, and undertaking of his/her own training and development.
  • Work in conjunction with more senior staff to make suggestions for the improvement of services.
  • Maintain knowledge of fire safety, health and safety, and safeguarding in line with current procedures and legislation.
  • Be familiar with and work within the organisation’s policies and procedures, maintaining records and reports accordingly
