Location: This post will be at our office based in Chadderton, Oldham

We are looking to appoint an Administration Assistant to join our team at our office based in Chadderton.

The successful applicant will be motivated and work well within a team.

This role requires a high level of attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, as well as excellent time management.

Responsibilities/Essential skills:

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to take on new tasks with enthusiasm

• Take incoming telephone calls and record information

• Responding and sending emails

• Liasing with members of staff in the office and over the phone

• Data Entry

• General admin duties - filling, photocopying etc.

• Ability to think on your feet

• Good attention to detail

• Work well in a fast-paced environment

• Must be able to multitask

• Keeping the office tidy and presentable
