We are looking for an enthusiastic packer/ packing operative to support our client on a long term temporary assignment, based in the Rochdale area.

The days of work for a packer/ packing operative will be:

• Monday to Thursday 8am to 4:10pm

  Friday 8am to 3pm

Duties of a Packer/ Packing Operative

• To pack orders efficiently and correctly 
• Dealing with heavy lifting
• Working from order specification sheets, filling out paperwork and maintaining accurate records
• Work in a fast paced environment
• Quality checking products and reporting any deficiencies

Person specification

• A good level of physical fitness to be able to work standing for the duration of their shift
• Good communication skills
• Previous warehouse experience
• A can do attitude and hardworking nature

Rate of pay is £9.50 per hour
