Santa's Grotto is located on the Upper Mall of Spindles near Peacocks. Book online or turn up on the day to meet Santa! Charges apply, see posters or the website for details.

Please know only a small portion of Santa's daily visits are made available online. You may still arrive at the Grotto and queue however, please be sure to arrive early during busy periods. 

In order for us to plan for arrivals, same day bookings cannot be made and each booking has a capacity of up to four children.
