Oldham Parent Carer Forum at POINT, Barrier Breakers (SEND Young Person’s Voice Group), MAHDLO Youth Zone and Oldham’s ASD Post Diagnosis Service are teaming up to host a valuable information event around the theme of SEND (Special Educational Needs & Disabilities) Information, Advice & Guidance for parents & carers and children & young people with additional needs or disabilities aged 0-25.

The event will be an opportunity for parents & carers and children & young people as well as practitioners and providers to find out about valuable services within the SEND arena, and to access information, advice and support from stall holders.

• 30 stall holders ranging from Specialised Health services to Local charities and practitioners from the Local Authority giving information and advice to all attendees.
• 20 consultations that attendees can use to voice their views around services and provision in Oldham for families with SEND.
• 8 presentations that attendees can gather more detailed information around services.
• Free refreshments and buffet
• Free inclusive activities provided by MAHDLO for the whole family.
