Come and join Healthwatch Oldham in Partnership with Oldham Council's Environmental Services in Oldham's award-winning Alexandra park for a day of Fun, Free, Healthy Activities for all the family to enjoy: This event was a great success last year and we hope you can join us again. Activities include • Run For Fun - Fancy dress run with Uprojects • Healthy family Cooking workshops with WIFI Oldham • Give Tennis a Try with PB365 Sports • Relax and breath Sessions with Lucy limited places • Ability Wheelz Bikes taster • OPAG Active Play • Climbing Tower with Uprojects • Woodland Discovery with Oldham Council's Environmental Services Pokémon and Potatoes with Pokémon Go Oldham • Water based activities at the boating lake with Alternative Adventure and we've also got • Growing your own food at the Hub with Oldham council's Environmental Services • Health-checks - With Positive steps • Reiki - with Oldham Reiki Network • Massage - with Lyndan Sports Therapy • And a range of health and wellbeing stalls All activities are free on the day - Some activities are bookable
