Come along to Oldham Library and take part in the Free series of wellbeing workshops. The sessions are being held by the team at Relax with Lucy & Co. Each session lasts an hour each and includes a wonderfully guided relaxation.
**Wednesday 1st April - 11AM: A good nights sleep
**Thursday 2nd April - 1pm: Take control of stress
**Wednesday 8th - 11am: Is your mind full or are you mindful?
**Thursday 9th April - 1pm: Practical tips to help you manage anxiety
Each session is free however booking is required.
