The Oldham Choir, under its Musical Director Dorian Kelly and beautifully accompanied by Louise Brennan, is to give a Summer Concert on Saturday 20th July 2024 starting at 7:30 pm, at St Edward’s RC Church Spring Lane, Lees, Oldham, Lancashire OL4 5AJ. Adding a golden sparkle to proceedings will be the Choir’s guests at the Concert, the Chapel-en-le-Frith Ladies Choir (director, Sam Gilliatt; accompanist, Jane Simmons), in this their 50th anniversary year. The Concert will include a wide selection of music from Sacred to Secular through to Soul and will, hopefully, include a special joint item. Tickets are £8.00 and are available from Choir members or on the door. (accompanied under 16’s, free).
