Fuller and Brandy out to impress

DAVID Dunn has confirmed he is running the rule over trialist pair Ricardo Fuller and Febian Brandy.
But no decision will be made until after the Athletic boss has seen the pair in match action.
Dunn said: “Ricardo has looked strong and he would be a really good addition, but we need to arrange a few games to see where he goes. It’s important we have a proper look at them when they’re fully fit.
“It’s only fair to them, because if there’s one thing I don’t like doing, it’s judging players when they’re not fully fit.
“We’ll get that together over the next few weeks, arrange some games, then we can have a look properly. Certainly with Ricardo, the record speaks for itself. Even if we can get one of the two players back to somewhere near their best, it wouldn’t be a bad option.”
Fuller (35) is a much-travelled striker who has starred in the premier league, primarily with Stoke.
He spent six years with the Potters between 2006 and 2012 and scored 50 goals in around 200 games.
He left Millwall in the summer after scoring six goals last season.
Brandy (26) began his career with Manchester United, before featuring for several clubs ahead of leaving Rotherham last January.
