Saints battlers net county final berth

RUGBY: OLDHAM St Anne’s under-13s are through to the Lancashire Cup final after they pulled off a gritty victory against Wigan St Jude’s.
Oldham won their tense semi-final clash 10-6, battling valiantly to the end after securing their match-clinching try just after half-time.
Bradley Hulme and Jamie Sutcliffe scored the tries for St Anne’s, while Max Flanagan kicked a conversion.
Alfie Barker was the man-of-the-match, with Luke Smith the top tackler.
