A GALA dinner was held in honour for Oldham-based snooker professional Hamza Akbar.
The Pakistani, who is gearing up for the World Championships qualifiers in Sheffield, was joined by a host of special guests at the Werneth Suite, Manchester Road, including former Lancashire and England bowler Sajid Mahmood.
