Band looking for bounce

Non-league football: MOSSLEY joint-boss Peter Band has challenged his players to bounce back from a bad day at the office.
The Lilywhites head to Burscough tomorrow in the Evo-Stik League Division One North after last weekend’s 4-0 home drubbing by Kendal Town.
That shock defeat followed three league wins and sent Mossley from fourth to sixth place in the league.
The Lilywhites are on a revenge mission tomorrow: Burscough dumped them out of the FA Cup earlier this month at Seel Park.
John Bennett will miss the trip to Victoria Park with a hamstring injury, while Brian Matthews is unavailable. Tom Murray and Arron Hevingham are back from injuries so will travel.
IT’S been a dreadful spell for CHADDERTON, though the club has a great opportunity against Abbey Hey in the FA Carlsberg Vase second qualifying round.
Chaddy have lost their last seven matches, and while tomorrow’s opponents might be from the higher Premier Division of the North-West Counties League, the Gorton outfit are in the relegation zone following a disappointing start to their season.
OLDHAM BORO currently prop up the First Division table, but they will fancy their chances of securing only their second win of the season when they welcome third-bottom Northwich Flixton Villa to Seel Park.
All the above games kick-off at 3pm.
