Bus lane enforcement measures to start on Ashton Road, Lees Road and Oldham Road

Penalty charge notices will be issued to vehicles encroaching bus lane enforcement measures on Ashton Road
Bus lanes on Ashton Road, Lees Road and Oldham Road will have bus lane enforcement measures in place from 28 September.
Initially, there will be a two week notice and warning period to highlight that these lanes are now regulated and being enforced.
However, from the 28 September 2017, any vehicles that encroach into contravention to the Traffic Regulation Order on these bus lanes will receive a Penalty Charge Notice.
