Shakeel Ahmed, Samir Niaz and Vasile Calin have all been fined for dumping waste.
Ahmed of Roundthorn Road fly-tipped a mattress on 24 March on Manor Road, Oldham.
The 42-year-old pleaded guilty at Tameside Magistrates Court on 12 October and was given a conditional discharge and ordered to pay £150 costs and £20 victim surcharge.
While staying at an address on Ashton Road, Hathershaw Samir Niaz left waste next to a skip in an alleyway.
He admitted placing waste next to a skip on 27 March and was issued with a fine for littering, which he failed to pay.
Niaz failed to attend Tameside Magistrates Court on 12 October and was found guilty in his absence. He was fined £330 with a £33 victim surcharge and was ordered to pay £506 costs
Vasile Calin, 28, of Worsley Street, Oldham was issued with a fine for littering after waste was found in the alleyway to the rear of his street, on 29 March.
He failed to pay the fine and was summonsed to Tameside Magistrates Court. He pleaded guilty by post and was fined £80 with a £30 victim surcharge plus £406 costs.
Councillor Barbara Brownridge, Cabinet Member for Neighbourhoods and Co-operatives, said: “Oldham Council is sick of having to clean up waste that has been dumped by irresponsible people.
“We are not a service which can drive around our borough just picking up waste that people can not be bothered to dispose of properly. With the council’s budget being constantly cut, this is not a good way for money to be spent and is not sustainable.
“If anyone sees people fly-tipping then we urge you to get in touch with us. Everyone needs to do their bit. Thankfully, the vast majority do not fly-tip but for this problem to go away we need the selfish few to stop.”
