Andrew Donnelly, of Spectrum Brands, partnered by Amy Edwards, was the winner of the Strictly Kershaw’s event on Friday at the Queen Elizabeth Hall.
In an extremely close contest, Andrew pipped Jean Stretton, Leader of the Oldham Council, partnered by Marco Maestro, Chris Hamilton, Oldham Roughyeds manager, with Leah McNally, Janet Beachill from Costco, with Jack Easton, Conor Marlin, Premier League Football assesor, with Emily McGowan, and Nathan Murgatroyd, Roary The Roughyeds Mascot with Charlotte Wild.
The six contestants, who have been practising and learning their dance routines with their dance partners from Madd for Dance over the past few months, strutted their stuff to raise money for the Hospice.
Actresses Nicola Stephenson and Judith Barker were the hosts on the evening.
The dancers were scored by judges Gill Bussey, Dave Thompson, teacher at North Chadderton School, and Anthony Birchall and Mandy Thompson, British National and European Latin champions.
A spokesperson for the Hospice said: "A massive well done to Andrew and to all the contestants.
"Thank you to everyone involved who has helped us to bring this spectacular event together."
