1) Proposed New two form entry primary school on existing school playing field.
2) Demolition of existing primary school, replaced with new playing field and changing block.

Applicant: Russell Homes UK Ltd
Location: Land at, Knowls Lane, Oldham
Proposal: Hybrid Planning Application comprising of: Part A - Full Planning Application for the development of a new link road between Knowls Lane and Ashbrook Road and associated works, and Part B - Outline Planning Application for the development of up to 265 dwellings, open space and landscaping, with all matters
In view of the amount of public interest for both these applications it has been decided, with the agreement of Oldham Council, that they will be withdrawn from the agenda on 6th November to allow more time for interested parties to inspect the plans and submit their comments on them.
A special meeting of the Planning Committee will be held at 7:30pm on Monday 20th November 2017 in the Ballroom at Uppermill Civic Hall, Lee Street, Uppermill, OL3 6AE to discuss both the above applications.
Anyone wishing to submit comments should do so, in writing (by letter or by e-mail) 2 full working days (i.e. excluding Saturday and Sunday) prior to the meeting. Persons wishing to speak at the meeting, either for or against the applications, should notify the Parish Council Office by telephone 2 full working days prior to the meeting. A time limit of 3 minutes will be imposed on each speaker.
