Greater Manchester Police are continuing to try and find people who were in a car which fled from officers during a chase in Oldham, a pursuit which ended with a police car being badly damaged.
It was at around 12.45pm yesterday (Monday), when officers spotted a car driving erratically on Lees Road.
The car failed to stop, and a short pursuit started before the police car was rammed, causing it to be so badly damaged that the pursuit was called off.
The other car fled the scene but was later located in the Mossley area of Tameside.
Enquiries to trace those inside the car are ongoing.
Anyone with information is being urged to contact police on 101, quoting reference number 812 of 24/09/2018 or the independent charity Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
