Snow across Saddleworth this morning
Overnight snow saw motorists driving with caution across parts of Oldham this morning.
Several centimeters fell overnight and although key roads remained passable we've had reports of people being stranded and unable to get to work.

Readers have been sending in pictures of snow across Saddleworth, Moorside, Werneth, Failswoth and Chadderton.
Whilst any snow showers should die out by midday, temperatures are expected to remain around freezing until at least the end of the week.

We may even see some sunshine later today, but expect frost and ice overnight with temperatures dropping to around -2C
