Stabbing attack in Chadderton - police appeal for information

Police were called to a report of a man being stabbed on Whitstable Close
Police have appealed for information after a man was stabbed in Chadderton.
Police were called shortly after 4.10pm on Friday (March 12) to a report of a man being stabbed on Whitstable Close.
Initial enquiries suggested a man in his 30s was attacked by two men and stabbed in his vehicle.
It is believed to have been an isolated and targeted incident.
The man was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The offenders are understood to have been wearing black face masks and ran off towards a nearby field.
