A man from Chadderton has been found guilty of possessing a bomb-making instruction manual that he purchased on Amazon.
Former Cambridge University student, Oliver Bel was convicted of collecting information useful to a person committing or preparing an act of terrorism.
24 year-old Bel faces up to 15 years in prison for having the "Anarchist Cookbook" at his home in Salford in November 2019.
During the trial at Manchester Crown Court, jurors heard how Bel had been in contact with the banned neo-Nazi group National Action, and that Bel advocated the extermination of Jews in posts to the right-wing web forum Iron March.
He was remanded in custody before his sentencing hearing on 21st May.
