A driver in Oldham was pulled over by local police after a cement mixer was spotted 'rolling around' in the back of his truck.
Clearly the driver wasn't impressed, but officers made their position clear last night.
A post on the GMP Oldham Central Facebook page read: "Ticket issued to driver due to unsafe load after found by #GMPTransportUnit officers on patrol in #Oldham tonight.
"Apparently his solicitor brother "will sort us out" as he can't see why cement mixer rolling around in the back is a problem.. see you in court."
