Police recover machete after unattended car is searched

A machete was among a number of items recovered after police searched a car in Westwood.
A post on the GMP Oldham Central Facebook page read: "This morning entry was forced to a silver Passat left unattended in the Westwood area of Oldham
"Two balaclavas, gloves and a machete were recovered.
"It is believed the vehicle was used in a robbery last week where a vehicle was stolen."
