Officers established that a vehicle had collided with a pedestrian and failed to stop at the scene
Police investigators have issued an appeal for information or dash cam footage following fail to stop collision in Manchester over the weekend.
At around 1.20pm yesterday (Sunday), officers received a report of a collision on Hyde Road in the Debdale Park area.
Officers attended and established that a vehicle had collided with a pedestrian and failed to stop at the scene.
The pedestrian, an 11-year-old boy, has been taken to hospital with serious injuries.
Enquiries are ongoing.
