Police officers in Oldham secured a double result yesterday (Monday) as a driving offence led them directly to a stolen motorcycle.
A post on the GMP Oldham Central Facebook page read: "Two for the price of one tonight as officers from #GMPTransportUnit found a BMW driving without insurance.
"This led the officers to a property with a motorbike, which was then found to have been stolen.
"So both recovered and the bike can be reunited with its rightful owner. Result."
