Police appeal following fatal road collision

On June 15, police received a report of a collision on Pilsworth Road South in Heywood
Road traffic investigators are appealing for information following a fatal collision in Heywood.
At around 4:40pm on Wednesday, June 15, 2022, police received a report of a collision on Pilsworth Road South in Heywood.
An 82-year-old man was taken to hospital, but died on Monday, June 20.
Anyone with information or dash cam footage from the surrounding area immediately before or after the collision is asked to contact the Serious Collision Investigation Unit on 0161 856 4741, quoting 2464 15/06/2022.
