Police appeal to trace Doreen's family

Doreen Heywood, who was 82, passed away at her home on Carfax Street last Thursday

Police are appealing for the public’s help to trace the family of a woman from nearby Gorton.

Doreen Heywood, who was 82, passed away at her home on Carfax Street, last Thursday (November 10).

There are believed to be no suspicious circumstances surrounding her death.

Anyone with information about Doreen’s next of kin should contact the Police Coroner’s Office in Manchester on 0161 856 2334.
